At 11 a.m., during construction work on the foundation for a new building on Rue de la Gauchetière, near Bell's major central office, an installation truck severed a pipe containing the fibre optic cables of our ATM link connecting our DSL and ADSL clients. À 11 h, sur la rue De la Gauchetière à Montréal, tout près du plus important C.O. de Bell, un camion d'installation de fondations brisait une canalisation de plusieurs fibres optiques.
